Free Shipping Details Free FedEx shipping only applies to customers inside the lower 48 states of the USA. Please contact us before placing an order if you need to have a product shipped outside the lower 48 states of the USA. Shipping Time In Transit Orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days of us receiving them. Then it takes 1-6 business days for the product to be shipped to you, depending on how far you are away from our warehouse. Shipment Tracking Orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days of us receiving them. Then once the shipment is picked up from our warehouse you will be emailed your tracking number in 1-2 business days. Returns DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Unless otherwise specified, Francisco Deals will gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 90 days of original invoice date. We shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product or repair the item and return it to you. We examine every item returned to us as defective and test the item according to our procedures for the item. If the item meets the manufacturers operating specifications, then we will at our discretion determine that the item is not defective. If the item you returned as defective is not defective according to our testing, we will refund your purchase price, less a 25% restocking fee. We will not refund any shipping fees if a restocking fee is charged. Any defective product returned to Francisco Deals must be accompanied by return material authorization number (RMA number) OPEN BOX RETURNS: Any and all new factory sealed product returned within 30 days that has been opened or is no longer packed in the original factory packaging is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. WRONG ITEM DELIVERED: If the record of your order confirmation indicates that the product that you received is indeed the item that you ordered, we will accept the item as a return and credit you with your purchase price, less a 25% restocking fee. We will not refund the shipping fees either to or from you the customer. If the item is not the item you ordered, as reflected in your order confirmation, we will then provide a replacement consisting of the product you ordered (if identical item is still in stock) or a refund, including shipping fees. REFUSED ORDERS: Any order refused will be billed a 25% restocking fee. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA): You must have a RMA number to return any equipment to Francisco Deals; any return without an authorization number will not be honored.
