Terms of offer, price and item descriptions are subject to change without notice.  We strive to keep the site updated with accurate and up to date information in regards to advertised pricing, product descriptions, images, etc. but there may be the rare ocassion where an error is listed, and in those cases we reserve the right to correct any site content at any time.  All new products are supported by the original manufacturer warranty.  Francisco Deals does not offer technical support or configuration assistance.  Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the customer to be sure the product being purchased is compatible with the current network environment in which it will be installed.  In the rare case where a return needs to be made, the customer shall pay for all return shipping.  We reserve the right to either honor or refuse service to anyone.

ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT:  We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal and bank wires.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Francisco Deals will not accept payment for international orders via credit card.  In order to place an international order a bank wire transfer will need to be made and receipt of such payment will need to be verified prior to any shipping.  Furthermore, free shipping does not apply to international orders.  Before placing an international order, please contact us to discuss the requirements to ensure all associated details with international orders are fully understood.

PRICE CHANGES:  In the event that an incorrect price is listed due to typographical, informational, technical or other error, Francisco Deals shall have to right to correct the incorrect pricing at any time.  If an error is made and a product is listed at an erroneous price, Francisco Deals may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card at the incorrect price, Francisco Deals shall have the right to cancel the order and issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.  Francisco Deals makes every effort to ensure information posted on our site is accurate.

WARRANTY:  All products that are new retail sealed box come with a 90 warranty from the ship date, as well as the manufactures warranty.
